Chicken soup with fresh cabbage – This is a modern interpretation of classic Russian soups. In fact, it is a very thick tasty soup in meat broth. Its taste largely depends on the kind of cabbage used during cooking. So if you add a pickled version of this vegetable, the taste will be pronounced sour.
In this case, we will cook or, rather, cook the soup with the help of a slow cooker. This will make the taste of this dish the same as it was hundreds of years ago, when baking in a real Russian oven.

The first thing to do is to check the availability of all the ingredients that we need with a prescription.
Then do the cooking broth. To do this, we first thoroughly wash the chicken ham with water and then divide it into several parts. Now put the meat on the bottom of the multicooker bowl and fill it with water.

Peel the tomato from the skin, for which we give it a boiling water. Then cut the tomato into slices.
We proceed to the processing of celery root. First, we clean it from the top layer, wash it and, just like the tomato, cut it into small pieces.
Cut the sweet Bulgarian pepper into small strips.
Peeled carrots (the most convenient way to do this is a special vegetable peeler), then wash it and grate it.
Onion we clean the husk, and then grind it.
At this stage, we lay in the broth all previously prepared vegetables, as well as pieces of chicken meat. Now we select the extinguishing mode for a period of 60 minutes.
